·      From Our Mobile Application.  If you consent to use our mobile application as part of your voluntary participation in clinical trials, we may collect your name, cell phone number, email address, date of birth, gender, height, weight, race, medical history, health information, and biometric information.  We collect this personal data so that we can analyze your condition before and after you receive medical treatment, provide our analytics services, and contact you if necessary.  The personal data collected from our mobile application is ultimately de-identified, and kept in a manner so that it does not identify you.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.  We may, however, share with third parties, such as clinicians, medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, or healthcare providers, data that does not identify you.  We collected this data with your consent and during your voluntary use of our mobile application as part of clinical studies.

 

We may also share your personal data with others who assist us with our business functions, such as cloud and data storage, technical, software and data security support.
